If you are looking for a dignified and quiet venue to say goodbye to your loved one then why not consider a serene scattering of their ashes at sea with SeaGoodbye.
The scattering of cremated remains at sea has been an attractive alternative for many generations and for many reasons:
These are just some reasons we have been given for selecting a scattering for the final disposition of cremated remains
We offer a family friendly approach to the delivery of our Ashes Scattering at Sea Service year round from Torquay, Devon.
We will cruise to your agreed location, where the captain will drop anchor (assuming this is possible) or hold the boat in as sheltered a position for your family ceremony to commence.
The pouring of the ashes or placing of the bio urn can be carried out from the bathing platform at the rear of the boat.
Two people will be undertake this whilst attached to the boat via safety lines / life jacket. Special words of comfort and remembrance can be accompanied by your own music (remember to bring your iPhone/pad or cd) which can be played over the boats sound system.
The bio urns usually take about 3 minutes to gently sink away which allows time for private reflections and floral tributes to be placed in the water.
